We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
This Return & Refund Policy explains your rights and how to return items purchased from our online store in accordance with European Union consumer protection laws.
 

2. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are a customer within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order — without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw before the 14-day period has expired.

3. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging (if applicable).

  • Digital goods or downloadable items

  • Perishable goods or items with a short shelf life

  • Gift cards or workshop tickets

4. Return Process

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of receipt.
We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund — including the return shipping costs — depending on the situation.
Please include photos of the damaged or incorrect product when contacting us.

6. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If your return is approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method within [5–10 business days].

  • Shipping fees (if any) paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

8. Exchanges

We currently only replace items that are defective, damaged, or the wrong size (if applicable).
